We are based in New Jersey.

Please note that we carry a collection of pre-loved pieces, some like new and some gently used. Items are carefully inspected and dry cleaned before being shipped out. We stand on an open-and-honest policy, so any wear and tear will be noted in the description.

Our collection features one-of-one curated pieces, and any multiples will be noted in the product description. We try our best to include a range of sizes, from petite to plus. If you have specific requests, please email us at info@bynyjerahnicole.com.

We upload items on a seasonal basis, sometimes sooner or later. Please subscribe to our mailing list for updates on upcoming collections.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, we’re built on customer satisfaction and want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Please feel free to email us with any questions before placing your order–we’ll gladly send over additional photos and measurements.

Please allow for 3-5 business days for your item(s) to ship via USPS Priority. We will notify you if there’s a delay with your shipment. If you need an order sooner, please contact us.
